Generous openings to the water
The two-storey building cube with a pent roof and light-colored clinker brick is given a warm character by the additional wooden extension. While the entrance area to the north-east is rather closed towards the street with a long skylight strip, the façade to the south-west opens up towards the water with large, floor-to-ceiling windows. The warm orange window frames are particularly eye-catching. The spacious roof terrace merges into an elongated balcony along the façade, providing full access to the outdoor space with a view of the water.
Light surfaces and warm details
The interior of the vacation home is friendly and bright with white surfaces and many wooden details. In addition to the parquet floor, the handles and staircase with handrail are also made of solid wood. There are three bedrooms with two bathrooms and storage rooms on the garden floor. The main room of the house is the open-plan living and dining area with kitchen on the upper floor, which offers sweeping views over the water.
Direct access to the Schlei
A special highlight is the window coming out of the façade in the living area with a recessed bench.
With direct access to the water, including a jetty, the vacation home invites you to linger on and around the Schlei.
